School choice usually drives property location, not the reverse. Bangkok families cluster near school corridors — for example Sukhumvit and Bangna for the eastern schools — and daily traffic makes proximity worth a premium. Renting near a shortlisted school for a semester before buying is a common and sensible sequence.

Admission timelines matter: leading schools maintain waitlists in popular year groups, and entry typically requires assessments and prior school records. Start applications six to twelve months before relocation, and confirm your visa category supports dependants' education stays.
